Planning Policy Statement, PPS 13 “Transportation and Land Use” has been prepared to assist in the implementation of the RDS. It will guide the integration of transportation and land use, particularly through the preparation of development plans and transport plans, prepared respectively by DOE Planning Service and DRD Roads Service. It will also be a material consideration in dealing with individual planning applications and appeals
