The Central Statistics and Research Branch (CSRB) produced a Customer Satisfaction Report based on the findings of the 2009 NISRA Customer Satisfaction Report. The 2009 CSRB Customer Satisfaction Report is published below. It is anticipated that subsequent reports will be published on an annual basis.
