Reporting Fraud/Wrongdoing

The Department for Regional Development is committed to ensuring that anyone who wishes to raise a genuine concern about possible fraud or wrongdoing within the Department may do so in confidence, through a clear reporting process.  This is particularly important where the interests of others or the Department are potentially at risk, for example where concerns involve matters such as unlawful conduct, financial malpractice, serious safety/ security deficiencies, breaches of confidence or danger to the public/environment.

The guidance below indicates how such concerns should be reported and explains how these will be investigated.
