Report of the Independent Review Team to the Accounting Officers of the Department for Regional Development and Northern Ireland Water

An independent review team (IRT) has been jointly commissioned by the Accounting Officers of the Department for Regional Development (DRD) and Northern Ireland Water (NIW) to undertake a review of procurement governance issues within NIW. This report sets out the findings and recommendations of the IRT. Further detailed audit findings following publication of the Independent Review Team Report - 21 June 2010 Subsequent to the publication of the Independent Review Team Report, the Department gave an undertaking to publish the findings of the further detailed audit work. The Reports which have come to be known as the "Deep Dive Audits" have now been published on 21 June 2010. These additional reports are now listed below.
