Roads Service Procurement
Roads Service is one of the Centres of Procurement Expertise (CoPE) in Northern Ireland.
Procurement policy is developed by Engineering Policy Branch based in Clarence Court, Belfast with procurement delivery managed by Roads Service Consultancy (RSC) - Contracts Section based in Rathkeltair House, Downpatrick.
RSC are also accredited to the ISO 9001:2008 international standard for their Quality Management System, which has been implemented across the full range of functions undertaken by RSC.
For all construction related procurement, contract adverts are published on the eSourcing website, Roads Service website and when applicable on the Official Journal for the European Union. All prequalification or contract documents are now only available on the eSourcingNI electronic tendering portal - see link to eSourcing portal below.
