Regulatory information is this sets out the legislation under which we carry out our functions.
Draft legislation
The full text of draft bills and orders-in-council before the Northern Ireland Assembly or UK Parliament, and the full text of draft statutory rules for which notice is published, produced after 1 September 2003. Draft legislation will be available from the date the draft bill or order-in-council is introduced to the Northern Ireland Assembly or UK Parliament or that the notice appears in the local newspapers.
