DRD End of Year Report on Public Service Agreement and Business Plan Targets for 2008-09

The Department conducts a quarterly monitoring exercise to report on progress against our Public Service Agreement (PSA) and Business Plan targets that were recorded in the Business Plan 2008-09. The End-of-Year Report for 2008-09, that records the position at 31 March 2009, has been approved by the Minister.

The Department has 18 targets within four separate PSAs in the Public Service Agreement Framework 2008-11. Progress against the 18 PSA targets can be summarised as:

15 on track for achievement;
2 likely to be achieved but with some delay; and
1 not likely to be achieved

In addition, the Department had 75 Business Plan targets for 2008-09. Progress on these targets can broken down as:

59 achieved;
1 substantially achieved; and
15 likely to be achieved but with some delay.
