Management
The BMTP was prepared by the Department for Regional Development in conjunction with the six local councils within the study area. The Project Steering Group, which played a key role in the management of the study, included representatives from the Councils in addition to Translink and other government departments.
The overall organisation of the study’s management structure is shown in the Diagram below.
