You can send your request directly to the Division or Branch within the Department that is responsible for holding the information, if you know who that is (see FOI Making Contact for addresses). Alternatively, you can send your request by:

- include your name, full postal address and a contact number;
- describe in as much detail as possible the specific information that you require; and
- state if you have any preference for the format you want.
